Alban and the crew who work here are legends. They know the area and can suggest things to do. Alban even organized a rental car for us to see some of the sights outside of Sarandë. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy as. There's a massive common room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped. Only a short walk to the beach and a supermarket is next door. Thanks for the pancakes.

I recommend Hostel Hasta La Vista to anyone and everyone. Immediately when I arrived I was welcomed and made feel relaxed. The location is great and the dorm rooms are very clean and comfortable. I planned on staying one night and ended up staying three. Albano is the owner and has got some really fun plans for the hostel. His vision for what it will be and how he plans to get there is remarkable and exciting to hear about. There will soon be a beautiful bar area in the basement. I will be back!

Yes yes yes yes yes! What a beautiful place. So very clean, comfy beds, amazing nightly cooking with other guests, social but respectful so you can have beers and chat for as long as you want but it doesn’t disturb anyone sleeping, best of both worlds! Every traveller we met there had only booked a few nights initially and had extended multiple times which is always a great sign. Just a super lovely place!

Firstly, location is very good. Near beach. No 2...You will love the staffs and owner. They took good care of me and all guests. The owners cook breakfast and dinner and he cooks it from his heart. I love his passion. You will not regret choosing this hostel.

Alban is by far the best host I've had. The hostel is big, clean, and new, the common room is spacious. WiFi is good also. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly volunteers and staff. Spacious and well-planned bunk, kitchen and social spaces. Close to a supermarket and a 5 min walk to beach and ferry port. Farther from bus drop-off. Great meals shared together. Stayed an extra night and could have stayed longer. Bathroom rubbish bins could be emptied more often and toilet paper supplies checked regularly.

Alban was the most helpful and wonderful hostel owner I’ve met which is saying a lot as I’ve been traveling nonstop for the past year. I arrived very early in the morning (4am) and he was kind and understanding (don’t trust Albanian bus schedules!!!). I sprained my ankle the week before so couldn’t walk much + was on crutches so he offered to run errands for me - so very kind. The hostel is brand new, super clean, and the WiFi is fast! Highly recommend!

New hostel which the young joint owner is working hard to fully commission. Very welcoming and informative. Well located for access to the town and seafront. Work in progress but my stay was OK.

The rooms are nice, but had mosquitos and flies. Most of the toilets were missing toilet seats or shower heads, and the only 1 with hot water had mold. The staff PARTIED HARD. I woke up @4am when they came back, and the last 2 days, they left fish out overnight, rendering the kitchen unusable. When I was the only guest checked in, several items of my food disappeared from my bag. There were often no staff in the building, with all doors unlocked, and the extra room AND locker keys easily found.
