Best hostel ever. So clean your mother could approve, areas to cook, relax and socialize. Great neighborhood for restaurants and bars and just far enough away from the city center, although only a 5-10 walk over the bridge to all tourist attractions. Wish all hostels were this ideal.

Kitchen can get a little crowded around dinner but it is nice to meet others. There is a supermarket next door to the hostel which is very convenient for cooking. The location of this hostel is great as a base for exploring Florence!

Value for money but poor customer service at the reception. Just one person at the reception and when it gets busy, good luck waiting in line. Old lady at the reception was kinda rude as well.

Meh, not the best but not the worst. I was sharing a room with part of a school group which I felt I should have been warned about. The “aircon” was just a floor fan and being on the top bunk it was completely useless. However, comfy beds and clean bathrooms.

It was a good stay for the 2 days I was there.Close mini mart where can grab up items to cook.Across the bridge from major attractions but still walking distance from them.Meaning from hostel to sights did'nt have the congestion of sidewalks.Hostel served it's purpose.

The location is great and there’s nothing wrong with the hostels cleanliness and staff. However, what I found slightly disappointing is the atmosphere. Apart from the large kitchen and box size roof terrace there isn’t really a place to chill and socialise, it kind of gives off hospital vibes. It’s not a party/ loud hostel for sure. HOWEVER, because Florence is a big city it’s probably best to come back to a nice quiet hostel after a long day our exploring. This is just my opinion :)

Great place to stay if you enjoy living in a rabbit warren and having staff burst into your room without knocking or warning. Facilities are aggressively average. Very little privacy in the bathrooms. Air conditioned rooms are great, but also the staff kept coming in to turn them off so 🤷🏻‍♂️ So many stairs. Oh boy, so many.
