If only we were staying at this place for longer, great hospitality, great staff, the rooms were clean and we felt really comfortable and safe.

Nice room (we booked a private double room), nice chill common area. Free breakfast (coffee, toast, cereal, pastries) was good. Hostel is a little far from city center but easily accessible by a short metro ride. Surfing through the hostel was also a great experience. Staff were very friendly and always available.

Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. WiFi everywhere in the hostel is a plus. Location was good, near a metro and buses. However, a lot of my food was moved to the free food area and as a result, eaten by other guests. Also, wouldn’t use the showers without flip flops.

The staff is nice but there were bedbugs in my bed I need to clean my clothes and suitcase when I come back, in order not to bring the bedbugs back home. They agreed to an earlier leave and reimbursement because of this issue.

The bunk bed ladders are so so painful to climb and the pillows are extremely thin. Other than that, it’s an awesome hostel and the staff are awesome. Location wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. We needed ubers every day.

Atmosphere was quite nice and overall the staff we're friendly enough. However my bed had bedbugs, told staff twice and they didn't seem too interested in investigating the situation, just offered me a different bed. Also the showers were cold.

I didn't really enjoy my stay at the hostel. When I arrived the guy at the reception didn't welcome me at all and barely showed me the hostel. Also the atmosphere is really private, there are no activities and I found it hard to meet new people. They surely could improve the cleanliness in the kitchen, common areas and the room. I think, the price is not worth it.

There are no reading lights in the ladies dorm, there are no locks on the lockers under the beds (you have to buy a padlock, which they sell, but should be standard), the towels are 5 euros, the breakfast is incredibly basic and the location is highly inconvenient. There is a Hub Hostel downtown, but this one is in a very annoying place. I spent what I could have spent on a nicer hostel on travel every day. The staff sometimes did not know what they were talking about.

This hostel delivered in everything they promised but since I stayed in a private room, the challenge of shared dormitories were unknown to me. They had a working elevator which to me was great.
