Clean, friendly staff, nice location (right by the metro), really liked the curtains on the dorm beds (lower beds had curtains). Only issue was that there was a large high school or something like that group that got annoying due to its size.

It was a little far away from the city center, but you could use the metro to get around easily. The staff is awesome; one of the girls kept giving us free stuff! Great place to rest your head for the night, and they had Nutella at breakfast!

    Very Good

Everything was wonderful. Staff were great; when I arrived, I was very sick, so one of them staff helped me carry my bags to my room, and brought me fruit and sugar water to help with my stomach bug. Breakfast was decent. Showers and toilets were clean, but the smell in the toilets was VILE. I don't know what it was, but it lingered the full three days I was there. I tried to avoid using he host toilets as much as possible, but at some point, it obviously becomes unavoidable.

Very noisy place, basic beds, horrible toilets and average showers. It's a metro or bus pretty much anywhere which is ok, but there are better hostels in Lisbon for sure. Would not stay again.

While the location is great, I was quite surprised with how poorly maintained the facility was. Apart from the kitchen, nothing at all was clean. A lot of misbehaving guests who tend to be extremely impolite, and dirty the restrooms. Additionally, there are a lot of volunteers who don't tend to redo the beds well - I saw it happen in front of me. The beds are untidy, and in many cases the quilts and pillows are unchanged. Value for money ? Yes ( for the location and reception staff)

Location and staff were ok, the free breakfast too, but seriously, only 3 showers and 2 toilets for 2 levels?? Moreover, there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. I was staying in a ground level room and on the door was a sign that says to go use the bathrooms upstairs! The layout of the said room is terrible too. I got hit by the door while going out of the cabinet (kinda hard to explain, but imagine that it was really small!) I would recommend only for 1 night, not more than that.

The bathrooms were really disgusting - not cleaned properly and smelt quite awful. The rooms were quite tight, but the staff were super friendly & gave several tips about the city

I went during January and the hostel was absolutely freezing as there's no heating! There were also people coming back to their room drunk shouting and playing music at 4:30AM on a Tuesday! I ended up accepting my losses and moving to an Airbnb after 2 nights as I don't think I would have survived two weeks without heating during winter. I wasn't given a refund for the 10 remaining days I left left on my booking either.
