Only spent 1 night here but I really enjoyed my time and wished I could have stayed at least an extra night. The room was great, big space with 2 bathrooms. It felt more like a hotel than hostel. The free unlimited breakfast was fantastic too. The mountain views aren't bad either! If I return to the area anytime soon, I will definitely be staying again!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Although outside city centre, there is free parking overnight and affordable parking during the day. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

Good place. Nice staff. Not close to downtown. Close to Schloss Ambras if you want to see that (very much worth it). If you need to go to the Hbf or to the center of town it’s a bit of a walk. Other than that great hostel.

Clean and comfortable hostel. Breakfast was included, with a 24 hr front desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Ola, who went out of her way to help solve any questions and any problems I had. The hostel itself is a bit of a distance from the train station, definitely walkable. Trying to grab a bus would be recommended though.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The building is very clean and secure. The atmosphere is great but feels defoliate after 6pm. It has all the facilities you need. The only downside to staying here is the location. It feels like it is situated at the edge of town and means getting into town to see attractions takes a bit of work or a hike.

I had a great stay at Marmota Hostel. Although it is a bit out of town, the rooms are huge and very clean. The included breakfast was one of the best hostel breakfasts I've had. You get a good view of the mountains and the staff are pretty friendly.

6-bed dorm was great. Large room with 2 full bathrooms. Nice breakfast included. The cons are: away from center: you gotta take a bus and walk to go to the old town. Also, no elevator and dorm was in 3rd floor. I don’t recommend if you’re arriving late at night from Train/bus station since instructions to get there are not clear and google maps seems to have no good information on bus routes in this town.

Really nice big rooms! Very clean and comfortable. It’s a bit far away from town but there is a bus stop is just down the road so it’s fine. Breakfast is really good but not a very social hostel. Staff are very helpful though!

Spacious rooms, friendly service, delicious breakfast. A bit of a walk out of town, but easy to get to on the bus.
