Located in the Candelaria district, the historic center of Bogota, Masaya Hostels Bogotá is an immersion inside the Colombian culture.

You will be welcomed in a big colonial house with a typical decor.

In order to enjoy fully your local experience, Masaya offers you multiple activities: salsa classes, live music and expositions... Masaya staff will provide you all information about excursions, tours and cultural events in and around the city.

Three comfortable patios allow you to meet Colombian people and foreigners. Guests have at their disposal all amenities needed: Free Wifi everywhere & fully equipped kitchen.

Masaya Hostel Bogotá has a 24h front desk service, laundry service and a bar.

Offering a variety of private rooms and single beds in dormitories, Masaya hostel caters for travelers, families and groups of friends. The rooms come with either a private or shared bathroom, and Standard and Superior private rooms.

In the evening, you can discover our typical bar with Colombian and international flavors.

Masaya's location is perfect to discover all principals' attractions of the capital:

Cerro Monserrate Hill (2 km), Gold museum (500m), Botero museum (500m), and Chorro de Quevedo the artist centre (50m).

Quieter hostel but a lovely building. Restaurant isn’t that big but the inside one is cosy. Place could be cleaner but it’s not dirty. Rooms off the courtyard can hear everything at night

I was overcharged. There were staff members playing video games til after 3 am I could here it in my bed. Some drunk ass was smoking cigarettes outside the dorm windows it was a nightmare I have stayed at Masaya in Santa Marta and Medellin they were wonderful. This place is a nightmare $11 for soup $3 for Aguila

An ok hostel! This was honestly nothing amazing there is no social aspect to this place. It was all people minding there on business and felt very quiet and not busy at all. A nice looking hostel and beds were comfy!
