Next Door has a cinema, a games space with a ping pong table, a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need, a dining room, a laundry room and a gastrobar.

Our house is located in the heart of Bogotá, 20 minutes from El Dorado airport and La Candelaria, the historic center of the city. Located in a university area surrounded by the main artistic, sports and cultural centers.

Our spaces are designed and decorated for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, each room has a private bathroom (hot water), very high quality mattresses and lockers.

Next Door Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

The minimum age allowed to stay in shared dormitories is 18 years old. In private rooms, guests under 18 must be accompanied by a family member or guardian (verifiable at check-in).
OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Smoking: It is not allowed, a penalty of $300.00 dollars will be charged to guests who do not comply with the regulations.
- Food and drinks: If it is a food bought outside our location, it cannot be consumed in the common areas, with the exception of the kitchen and the shared dining room.- Noise: In the room area, the noise level must be kept to a minimum

- Pets: Next door does not accept pets.

- Towels: There is a charge and deposit to be made for the use of towels for clients staying in dormitories. Once the towel is returned, the deposit will be refunded immediately, less the part of the charge, if applicable.
- Key deposit: Clients staying in dormitories must pay a deposit for the use of the keys, which will be refundable once they are returned at the time of check out.
- Baggage: We have luggage storage available for a period of 24 hours at no additional charge. After 24 hours, a fee of $5 dollars per day must be paid, subject to availability.
