This is the nicest hostel we have ever stayed in. It is basically a hotel. Really warm, spacious rooms. Large communal area with kitchen, tv and roof terrace. Fast wifi. Hot showers. Amazing.

It's a super clean place and feels like a hotel! Great place to stay before or after Salar de Uyuni tours. Only small downside is the location, which is a bit far from the main street and restaurants, but it's about a 10-15 min walk.

Staff were all so lovely and spoke good English (when our Spanish failed). There's a nice big kitchen. Good breakfast. Great bathrooms with hot showers that were always clean. Nice big bunk beds and lockers next to your bed. Not much atmosphere, but let's be honest, everyone is there to do a salt flats tour so there didn't need to be. We also used the facilities after our tour, before our nightbus for Bs.20, which was so great! It is a bit pricey compared to elsewhere in Bolivia.

Great hostel. The staff were very friendly and it's in a pretty good location. The rooms are big and have big lockers in them. The beds are big and probably the comfiest I've had in South America. All the bunks have mini lockers and shelves and sockets next to them too. The bathrooms are well laid out and were spotless all the time, and had hot showers. Breakfast was basic but very nice too. It felt like we were in a hotel rather than a hostel!

Pieces Blanca is a clean and warm Accomodation providing the perfect stopover before the salt flats. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and there is a large common area to hang out. While the hostel was fairly quiet considering the size- this hostel serves its purpose of providing comfortable beds and hot showers before or after the salt flats!

Good hostel! I stayed here for 2 nights (one when I arrived in town and one when I came back from the Salar de Uyuni tour). The hostel is VERY clean, breakfast is nice (eggs, fresh fruit, toast, dulce de leche, cereal, coffee and tea). A big plus is that it has a heating system, also in the rooms and very hot showers; this is very welcome in cold and windy Uyuni. Beds are super comfy and kitchen well equipped. Overall it's a pleasant and nice hostel. Staff is very friendly and helpful :-)

    Very Good

Decent enough hostel, comfy beds and room was warm which was good for Uyuni. Breakfast was standard. They charge you for all the little things such as bag storage and staying in the hostel after checking out which is poor.

Pros: heating + hot showers Cons: location was not ideal. They don’t take cards. They promised me a breakfast in the morning which was met with a shrug of the shoulders when I mentioned it upon catching my 7.15am taxi (breakfast begins at 8am) Was also surprised to find I had booked a room without a bathroom which for £25 was a bit expensive. The town of Uyuni is a real dump - possibly the worst place I visited on my SA trip. Don’t stay unless you really need to.
