My first hostel and first time traveling outside of US. I had an amazing experience but the travelers that I meet at the hostel was the best part of my trip to Vancouver. PROS: Breakfast is free and tasty. Beds are great, comes with power outlet, fan and small lamp. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is centrally location. Tons of shopping close by and clubs/bars for night life. CONS: The lockers are very small and cannot fit briefcase. I had to stuff all items into locker.

Stayed for a total of 6 nights. The staff are nice & helpful. Wifi is good. Although, in my 2nd stay, in my room, at the bed by the window, wifi was very weak & almost non-existent so I had to go to the common area to get a connection. The room is a bit small & could be hard to go around. But the bed was very comfortable & I really liked the curtains for privacy. You also get your own socket, lamp, and mini fan in your 'pod'. Big bags go under the bed and personal items in the small locker.

Loved my stay here, one of my favourite hostels I've been too. Good breakfast, super comfy rooms and everything was clean. Amazing social atmosphere and close to the city centre. Would 100% stay here again

Location truly makes this place - central and easy to get around. Amazing breakfast. The rooms were a little cramped when full but able to access own personal space. The central heating was always quite high so rooms a bit stuffy (but they have air con and fans in the room to help) bathrooms generally clean but maybe more attention after peak times. Need more staff at front desk at busy times. I didnt have time to experience the group tours or the bar but they all seemed very cool.

Really liked staying here. Atmosphere was great, the pod beds are fab they each have a fan and are super comfy. Staff are lovely. Only things are the location is a little sketchy (but nothing awful just a little daunting on arrival). The luggage room is amazing, best one I've ever come across felt safe leaving my stuff there!

    Fabulous

So I really enjoyed my stay here both times. Love finding places with likeminded people also staying there & this place certainly has an excitable buzz about it. I didn’t really eat in the bar so I can’t review the food, but $4 happy hour drinks are pretty sweet! Breakfast is pretty basic but good enough to give you the right start to your day with healthy enough options. Only thing I didn’t like was the lockers were dirty at the bottom, which I found in both rooms I stayed in!

    Very Good

I had a room at the front which I thought might be noisy as it was on the street but the pod style beds made a huge difference if not a little warm. I didn't hang out in the bar but it looked busy, there were plenty of people hanging out in the lounge too. I found the front desk staff to be a bit rude or a little superior, a guy was asking for a clean towel and no one was listening to him and kept telling him to put his dirty linen in the basket...they could take time to actually listen!
