I stayed only 1 night but what a great place! The internal decoration is very good - Hip and cool! I loved it! The location is perfect - surrounded by shops, public transport and cafes with views of the cathedral and Giralda tower opposite! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This will be the first place I come back to stay for a few days when I am next in Sevilla. The terrace upstairs is a good place to relax and has its own external bar for drinks as well as a sound system playing music.

I was very disappointed. The room was great, but this place is not conducive to travelers, especially ones that have to leave early in the AM. I don't like to bother roomies, so I move my things to a sitting area, to get ready. There wasn't one. I sat in the lobby, but there are no plugs, & the lights go out every 5 sec.I had not read the kitchen opens at 10AM & I had my coffee&pot &food ready to take on the train.Couldn't get in to get them.I was so mad. But, the place is beautiful!

The hostel looks good but the facilities are very poor. Kitchen opens from 10-2300hrs. WiFi in rooms did not work. Stove top only half worked. Fridge not big enough. Staff appeared not to care, no room to sit and work if required. Very poor standard. Staff knew things were broken but just shook their shoulders. Met an elderly lady who was traveling on a budget, she made food for her journey, but was unable to get it from the fridge because the kitchen was closed. She was in tears. Disgusting!

It seemed nothing worked properly. Kitchen opened at strange time, toilet never had toilet roll and the flush didn’t work. Our room stank of the toilet. A girl in our dorm clearly was ill and the hostel didn’t seem to care. Was kept up all night from her coughing and sniffing. Probs got covid from her. There was good wifi and it was in a good location but I would not stay there again. I’d recommend spending a bit more money and going elsewhere.
