(Black traveller) they are so kind and welcoming! It’s high tech here and super easy to get around the city it’s in the centre of everything. I would stay here a week. Big lockers/ clean washrooms late night security. Key fob entrance and most important welcoming to BIPOC. This is top tier and I highly recommend you go! They have events each night but with tours idk because I booked outside but this is a great place to stay

Loved this hostel. The common areas are huge and well designed. We were in a 10 person dorm but it didn’t feel like it as beds are a very good size and the rooms are spacious. Bathrooms were massive and the nicest I’ve been in, they even have Dyson hairdryers ! Met loads of cool people which was helped by all the great activities the hostel put on. Highly recommend !!

Facilities were great, really liked that the showers and bathrooms were super clean and had great amenities like a dyson hairdryer. Rooms were great but noisy at times, had to keep the windows open at night due to lack of air conditioning but if you bring earplugs you’ll be fine! I liked that they had curtains and mini fans writhing each bunk. Met lots of great people through some of the activities like the sunset and port wine tour. Loved the walking tour as well!! However, some of the staff could have bee

This was a fantastic hostel to stay at. The security bracelets were modern and life changing - I wish every hostel had these. The hostel had great bathrooms and shared common spaces. We made a lot of friends during breakfast and at the hostel events. Highly recommend

We stayed in a 4 person private room. It was incredibly beautiful, the window views of the streets were such a nice bonus that wasn't even advertised. The bathroom also was really nice and big. We were impressed they even had a Dyson hair dryer. The location was pretty good everything was a 10-15 walk or less. The staff was very friendly as well. The only negative thing was that the room was pretty hot so you had to open the windows to make it cooler which brought in noise from the street.

The area is a typical station area. Although central, weird people are hanging around the entrance. The room doesn’t have air conditioning which means in summer the window had to be open. In the morning around 6-7am there was a lot of noise coming from outside (rambling and shouting) which lasted for 1-2 hours. Not sure what it was - have a suspicion that it was the weird people groups resolving some internal issues. Apart from that - very nice hostel! Clean and spacious, social atmosphere

Got quite sick staying here on The 3rd bunk there's no air-conditioning or ventilation so if you get the 3rd bunk I'd probably pay 5x the amount to stay at a hotel down the road instead because at this altitude it's hot &stuffy, I only had to climb down to see the windows weeping in the morning from 8 people breathing and got really sick staying as a result. retrofitting air con to a heritage building could be challenging however they could easy ventilate the room by cutting into the windows

Modern big hostel, comfy beds and clean bathrooms and common rooms. Felt anonymous and a bit cold to me but I also wasn't staying long. Location is great and there's big lockers and free breakfast. Would stay again.
