Absolutely loved this hostel - this is one of my favorites I've ever stayed in. Great facilities, comfy beds, lovely staff, and the cafe downstairs has a great atmosphere. There was an awesome live music show one night that I was there. Would absolutely stay again on a future trip to Osaka

The Hostel had several events occurring in the downstairs/common area during my short stay there. The staff was super kind and welcoming. They had custom printed resources providing some of their favorite food options in the area, and staff was happy to provide additional suggestions for things to do. The friendly and welcoming environment was successful in creating an environment that encouraged conversation with other travelers, and led to new friendships with travel buds!

My favourite hostel I stayed in Japan, you have to stay here! Hiroshi was so lovely and helpful to me when I checked in and gave me great recommendations. The hostel itself is so clean. However on our floor there was only one shower and I can see how that might cause issues during high season. The beds were super comfy and I love the privacy of the pods which were surprisingly big. The hostel area is so close to everything and I walked everywhere. I will definitely be back!

This hostel is the absolute cutest. Comfy beds, clean and really nice staff. Very nice area to hang out in although there isn’t much of a social atmosphere. It’s in the “ghetto” but you don’t notice. The area is a little dirtier than other areas of japan but we loved the area overall. Great area to walk around in and eat, we liked it better than the other part of the city we stayed in and wished we would have spent more time there!

Staying here made my time in Osaka! I was able to meet the other travelers as it was definitely a community oriented space which was super important to me as a solo traveler. The beds and living spaces were well kept and clean. The staff was super helpful with everything - I had an issue with rebooking my flights and they helped me call the right numbers and such on their landline as I had no calling on my Japan sim card. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back!

The common room/cafe/bar is such a cozy space to listen to music and meet other guests. I loved the way the beds were set up in little nooks with lamps, shelves, and a lock box within your "capsule." The staff was super friendly and basically everything about this place is the cutest.

Had a great stay at the Pax for two nights! Super cool spot with really friendly staff. Hiro and Hanna gave great recommendations for things to do in the Osaka area. Unfortunately, there weren’t many other people around during my stay. Off-season time of year. I bet during the busy season this hostel would be incredible! Great lounge that is a record store/cafe. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Very friendly staff. No elevator. Ceilings are very low, so have to duck going up stairs. Only 2 showers for entire hostel.
