I honestly never leave reviews but this hostel was amazing. They had daily activities for people to do, a great atmosphere, numerous wifi routers, and really clean facilities. But what I loved MOST was honestly how they created such a memorable Christmas experience for everyone. They created gifts that we played for through a Christmas trivia. Seriously one of the most amazing activities I’ve ever done at a hostel. It was so much fun. This hostel clearly cares about travellers.

It’s very easy to meet hiking buddies and make new friends here. The pods themselves are nice as well with a light, outlet, USB port, personal fan and curtain for everyone. My only real complaint is that the showers and the toilet are not separated so whenever someone uses the shower (in a 18 person dorm), the toilet can’t be used because the floor, toilet bowl, and toilet paper are soaking. I also wish there was an outside area to enjoy the mountain air but I would def stay here again

A really comfy hostel, super friendly and helpful staff. Small lockers under the bed, so make sure to bring a padlock for your bag. Only problem is that the dorms are next door to the common area, so it can stay a bit noisy late into the night

I had a great stay at Traveller's Bunker! The staff were warm, friendly, and super helpful! I got sick during my stay and one of the staff, Jim, very kindly gave me panadol tablets. It was also great to have bonding events on Christmas eve and New Year's eve to bond the travellers together. Janice was also really helpful when I had queries about the area and shared a lot of useful information. I will definitely look forward to staying at TB again when I'm back to Cameron Highlands!

Cube bed is nice for some privacy but means that it’s hard to chat to people in the room, unless you get talking to them outside in the common areas but it’s nice to have a bit of extra privacy every now and then. Very quick and good washing service, filtered water, good tour recommendations, good showers and bed was comfy enough (I think my mattress was just starting to get to the point where you would think about changing it). Good location

You know what, I’m at a pretty lame hostel so Traveller Bunker seems incredible. But you know what, comfy bed, showers, convivial space, nice staff, cafe area available, decent kitchen space. I would say the room could be swept out more often or a light clean during the day but I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. Go to Singh chapati for lunch.

Dorms were comfortable - pod style, so they have some added privacy. Social atmosphere pretty calm. We asked for advice from staff on seeing the Rafflesia flower and were told there were none to be seen... we talked to a tour company (Hilltop) and went the next day and there definitely were Rafflesia in bloom. Giving incorrect info to guests is really counterintuitive. Someone else told us Trail 10 and 6 as a loop takes 6 hours, also incorrect..3.5 hours at a steady pace.

    Very Good

Beds are pod style, very thin mattress but has own light and plug. Not much atmosphere. Staff fairly helpful. The most annoying thing was staff using the room as a corridor. The cleaners cupboard was next to the beds too so she would come in in the morning too. Showers were lukewarm at best. Was OKAY stay but Glad we only stayed one night.
