The room was quite spacious and we also had access to a balkony, which was really nice. Unfortunately, they only had 4 shared showers, so I always had to wait for one. They offer free breakfast but it only includes a muffin, plain crackers and free coffee. However, the hostel has a huge kitchen which is well-equipped and clean. It also seemed like they offer a lot of group activities but when we asked about the family dinner, they told us that it's not taking place anymore...

I've booked a room for 2 and was only informed at checking in that no air conditioning was available in such rooms. They had no other rooms available and I was putted in a dorm with 12 other beds and paid more than the amount I booked via the website. I asked if I could get a refund and then I would just book myself another hostel with less beds and the manager said no. In the end, I paid more than what it was advertised here and stayed in a room with 6 times the amount of people .

One night I came back and my card was not opening the room, so I had to go to the other building and ask for somebody to open me. They couldn't fix my card until the next day. There were noisy works on the next building

Not only did it take 40mins to serve me to check in, when they finally did my dorm was in a building the other end of the street, which they gave no prior heads up about. This makes it really difficult to just chill in the lobby to make friends or even just to talk to staff. When we finally got to my room the bed wasn’t even made and I was given a pillow that looked about 20years old. I woke up with an aching back from the mattress so that wasn’t fun. They have nice private bathrooms though

My worst experience in hostels yet… Firstly, the place is not that clean; I never seen my room getting cleaned in my whole three days there plus the bathroom are a mess: Only four bathrooms + showers for everybody and if all are occupied for showers it can take 15 minutes to get the chance to relieve yourself in a wet and dirty bathroom. They are not cleaned as much as the hostel claims and I’ve seen no “24/7 cleaning crew”. The worst thing was probably the staff. Very rude and unwelcoming. I got yelled ou
