Above all else, on arrival in the town centre you will see a building on top of which is a UNESCO heritage Belfry; a major tourist attraction in Mons. Ok, so that is all rather lovely, but where is the Youth Hostel? Ah well, you are there, not bad, huh?

At 100 m from the Grand Place and the main shopping streets, the hostel is a new building, with all modern facilities. It is also right in the middle of all major events in the city. For example, the famous 'Doudou' procession passes right in front of the hostel. Do not miss the opportunity to celebrate the slaying of the dragon!

in a female 4bedder. location is okie;citycentreN stonethrow away from the train stn but its an upwardclimb. fyi if u have many luggages. The hostel is by the belfry so its a beautiful sight everyday as you're walking out. The room is not spacious but its not a dead squeeze. Ensuite toilette and shower (very small but functional), separate which is great! Consistent hot water. There's hooks, space to put your clothes. Staff to unlock kitchen (well-equipped). has breakfast! spacious common area..

Great place and in the centre of the city, clean, safe and with a nice atmosphere. I needed to be out at 6:30 in the morning and seeing as there are no place to take a coffee in the city, a coffee machine in the hostel would have been greatly appreciated.
