It is the best cost saving place to stay. Don't forget to go around the hostel not only to Taksim square to other neighborhood as well. The environment is great and the place is closed to metro station and other transportation sources as well. The owner r3ally care about his guests.

I just loved this property - such character and charm - I wish I could live there! And Ahmet, the host, further enhanced this stay by making me feel very welcome. Additionally, he shared such good suggestions such as where to go for an affordable but outstanding breakfast overlooking the Strait, where to go to buy basics items at an affordable price (I had been spending 3x times the amount up to that point!), how to navigate when visiting cities outside of Istanbul, and the list goes on.
