Very disappointing experience. When we arrived to check in, nobody was at the reception. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The check-in process was very poorly managed. They also asked for a €50 deposit, which I didn’t understand, as it hadn’t been made clear beforehand. I asked for a small favour, but they were unwilling to help. The room was not very clean, and it was extremely noisy. We couldn’t sleep until 5:00 a.m. once again there was nobody at the reception. We had to ask

I appreciate how clean this place was and the location was amazing. The staff were rarely available and it was hard to get in contact with them. I waited 30 minutes at the front desk one day. I wouldn’t stay here again since it was so difficult to communicate with them.

The hostel is on two buildings basically. I notice that the rooms closer to the entry were all with no guests, yet I stayed in a room very further from the entrance, and one level above, I don’t understand why… also men used the women’s toilet which left me a bit uncomfortable. Rather from that, the room was good. Also I received no instructions for the check in, which made me have to call an Estonian number of ANOTHER hostel that was posted at the door (which costs money to call)
