The guesthouse was renovated from an old apartment building situated in the street where is known as a wholesale district for a long time. The reception and lounge are on the 1st floor while the guestrooms are on the 5th floor. Featuring warm hardwood walls & floors and old furniture, the lounge is a relaxing space for not only staying guests but also local people. It serves western-style breakfast in the morning, and opens as a bar at night.
Guests can choose to stay in private double rooms or in dormitory-style rooms. There are both western style dormitories with bunk beds, and Japanese-style dormitories where guests sleep on tatami-matted floors. All guestrooms have air conditioning. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.
The guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance to Wakayama Castle and many other sightseeing spots. It is a perfect base for touring the city.

2. Check-out Time: 10:00.
3. Payment: We only accept payment in cash at the guesthouse.
4. Cancellation Policy: At least 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
5. Reception Hour: from 7:30 until 11:00, and from 16:00 until 22:00.
6. Our Bar is open from 18:00 until 22:00.
