K's House Takayama Oasis

K's House Takayama Oasis is only is minute walk from JR Takayama station or Takayama bus terminal, and 5 minutes walk from Takayama's 'Old Town'.. It is also within easy access of popular tourist destinations such as Shirakawago,Shin Hotaka and Kamikochi.

K's House Takayama Oasis offers a variety of private rooms and dormitory rooms as well as Japanese style rooms. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi access.

The hostel features an atmospheric zen-style lounge decorated with local 'Hida' furniture for your relaxation. While staying with us, guests may enjoy free access to our common lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The building is fully renovated in ZEN style which is kind of old fashion Japanese style with modern fine facilities.


***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Check-in Time: 15:00pm - 19:30pm.
2. Check-out Time: by 11:00am.
3. Payment: Cash (JPY) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
4. Age Restriction: Children aged 6 years or younger cannot stay in the dormitory rooms.
5. Reception Hours: 08:00am - 20:00pm.
6. No large group bookings:
(1) K's House Takayama Oasis does not accept large group bookings of (more than 7 people and/or 2 rooms), even if the bookings come from different person(s)/different booking sites with the intention to form a group in the hostel.
(2) K's House Takayama Oasis reserves the right to cancel large group bookings.
7. Smoking inside of the building is strictly prohibited.
8. The Takayama City accommodation tax (typically ¥100 - ¥200 per person, per night) is not included in your reservation fee.

****Cancellation Policy****

Non-refundable rates:

You have the option to select a non-refundable booking.
Please note that if you choose to cancel your non-refundable booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.

Regular rates:

We require more than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or any changes to your
reservation prior to your scheduled arrival
otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as stated below:

* For reservations cancelled up until 23:59pm three days before
scheduled check-in date, -------------- No cancellation charge.
* For reservations cancelled up until 23:59pm two days before
scheduled check-in date, -------------- 30% cancellation fee of the total booking.
* For reservations cancelled up until 23:59pm one day before
scheduled check-in date, -------------- 50% cancellation fee of the total booking.
* For reservations cancelled after 00:00am on the scheduled check-in
date, -------------- 100% cancellation fee of the total booking.
* In case where no notice of cancellation is received (no-show), guests
will be charged 100% of the total booking.

In cases where guests who have booked multiple nights do not show up for
their first night, and we receive no contact, the remaining nights will
be cancelled and the guest will still be charged.

The same charges will apply even when cancellations are made after check-in.
