Check-out: before 11:00

Cancellation policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important:
• Original passport or Colombian ID is required at check-in.
• Luggage storage is available if you arrive early or depart late.
• Taxes: Colombian citizens and foreign residents must pay 19% VAT, not included in the rate.
• Guests must be over 18 years old.
• Small pets are allowed only in private rooms with additional cost and conditions.
• Payment is made at arrival in cash or card. The property may pre-authorize your card.
• Breakfast is not included but can be purchased in advance or at reception.
• Drugs and external alcohol are not allowed.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy against sexual tourism.
