New hostel with large outdoor area, smoking area, garden all around, barbecue and bar to seat 80 people, with indoor and outdoor area. All rooms have bathroom and hot shower. The décor around the hostel is based on sustainability, where 80% of materials are customised products and recycling of the work itself. Our mission is to be the identity of Carioca Hospitality. Comfortable accommodation shared with individual lockers, air conditioning our fan in every accommodation and bathroom in every room. The rate includes bed linen kit with 02 sheets, with a rubber band, pillowcase and pillow. Towels, blankets, breakfast and laundry are charged separately. All rooms have a balcony. Free internet connection.

Hostel Da Bruna Botafogo has a bar. All decoration conceived and executed by the owner of the hostel, Bruna Traspadini, who came to finding a great artist. She mixed waste recovery techniques, materials that usually go to waste, as masterpiece for your creations. Adding to the environment a more rustic and personalised air (because his love for buildings is unquestionable). We are close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, public transport and many malls (Rio-Sul Shopping Plaza Shopping and beach), as well as landscapes and sights such as Botafogo Bay, Sugar Loaf, Urca, Leme and Copacabana beaches.

Too many stairs. Smoking allowed everywhere, I hate its smell. Dorms are open all the time, there is no safety.

This place is awful. I woke up with at least 30 bug bites that look like bed bugs, the ac is only on a few hours at night, nothing was cleaned EVER, there was beer cans on my bed and in my locker, it smells and is so hot and when I asked the change rooms they said no so I asked for a refund to go somewhere clean and they said no.

The common facilities are great, with ample space and plants. However, I found the room to be unpleasant, stuffy, and with a musty smell. During our two-day stay, a leak appeared in the bathroom ceiling, and it remained wet for over an entire day. The staff was notified, but the issue wasn't resolved promptly.
