Policies & Conditions at Our Hostel:

Check-In/Out: Guests can check-in from 15:00. We kindly ask that you check out by 12:00.

Payment: We accept both cash and credit cards at the time of arrival. Please note, it is standard practice for us to pre-authorize your card prior to your arrival.

Taxes: Please be advised that a city occupancy tax of 3 EUR per person, per night is not included in the rate.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a flexible cancellation policy, allowing cancellations up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

General: To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay, we do not enforce a curfew.

Important Information for Our Guests:

Before checking into our hostel, all guests are required to present an original form of identification. We accept the following documents: Passport, National Identity Card, Driving License, Residence Permit issued by a European Community country, and a police clearance for overnight stays.

Please note that the following are not accepted as valid forms of identification: reports of lost documents, photographs of documents, and photocopies of any document.

Terrible. The smell was incredible, we were sleeping together with some very weird and smelly men. Bathrooms were total wet we were unable to put our staff anywhere, the corridors and the spaces looked disgusting and we're smelly. The staff at the counter was very unhelpful and bored. I've stayed in many hostels before and nevét left negative review, but this place was terrible.

To be fair the hostel is clean and offers all you need, but the stuff is extremely unfriendly (0 / 10) and as a female you don't feel safe, not necessarily because of the roomates, but because of strange people living there. If you want something of a least a bit of comfort pay a bit more and go to another hostel. If youre looking for the cheapest, this one offers the basics and is clean.

Overall a good experience. Sure it’s kinda far away from everything and the facilities are nothing grande, but considering how cheap it is, I have absolutely no complaints. It was clean, safe and decent. If you have to stay in Milan for a night or two and you don’t want spend a lot of money, I recommend this hostel 100%
