Anmut Hostel

Anmut Hostel is located along Lushoto town to Magamba tarmac road which is 6km from Lushoto town.
The remoteness of the Hostel location offers an ideal retreat for tourists, business and leisure travelers who seek a place away from an urban area, the hustle and bustle of modern life, the area is dominated by calm weather, lush forestry, marvelous escarpments, rare birds and colobus monkeys.
The area has been chosen due to its existing nature and infrastructure as most means of transportation can easily be accessible. It is an ideal and prime place to stay.

500 meters from the Lodge area there is a historical symbol of the German Rest House constructed during colonial rule far back in the 1880s. The Germans were attracted by the weather that was almost similar to Europe and decided to set a base there.

Anmut Hostel has accommodations with a restaurant, a shared lounge, and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience.
There is a private bathroom with a hot tub in every unit, along with bathrobes, slippers, and free toiletries.
The lodge offers an a la carte or American breakfast. Guests at Anmut Hostel can enjoy cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden.

While at Anmut Hostel you can easily go to most attractions found in the Usambara mountains:- Hike to Magamba Nature Reserve, German cave, Kiguluhakwewa peak, Irente viewpoint, Kisasa & Mkuzi waterfalls and an ideal place to start 3 days hike to Mate.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
