Enjoy incredible views across picturesque Lake Te Anau and into Fiordland's mountains - immerse yourself in the vast wilderness as it meets Te Anau.

Stay at least one night to fully enjoy your journey to Milford or Doubtful Sound. The Te Anau–Milford Sound Highway is one of the most scenic and rewarding driving experiences in New Zealand. This is “must see” New Zealand. Our family-owned Holiday Park is situated on the south shore of Lake Te Anau.

Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park and Motels has been evaluated by Qualmark, and awarded Gold under the Sustainable Tourism Business criteria.

Our quiet established park has amazing lake and mountain views, children’s play area, BBQs, picnic tables, TV lounge, FREE WIFI throughout the park. laundries, 6-person spa pool for hire between 1st October until 30th April (closed between 1st May to 30th September), communal bathrooms and kitchens. Free activity advice and bookings at reception.

Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park and Motels is Qualmark rated four star plus (2017), we offer an affordable range of accommodation to suit most budgets. Right beside the park is Ivon Wilson Park where the family can use the walking tracks, cross country bike trails, play frisbee golf or children can take their fishing rods and learn to fish.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival: Receive a refund of deposit charged less a 10% admin fee which is calculated on total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival: No refund – one (1) nights accommodation will be charged.

ACTIVITIES BOOKING POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations are at the discretion of the tour operator (most require a minimum of 24 hours notice).

We stayed in a private dorm, and it was really nice! The location was good, but without a car it might feel a bit far away! The shared bathrooms were clean and there was always free showers and toilets. The kitchen was not equipped that well, but they offered a box with kitchen equipments for 5$ to rent or you could have your own ones!

Heater worked very well, the single room was clean and spacious enough, with a big window. The walls are very thin so I could hear the neighbor humming but he stopped after I told him to. It's just sth you should be prepared to do. Also, I'd wish it was explained at the check-in what this "box for 5 $" was. I had no idea and then saw in the evening that there aren't any plates or cutlery, pans and pots etc. for everyone to use like in a hostel - this would have been in this box.

Fridge space was a pain point throughout the trip and difficult to find space for even a small bag. Spaces were clean and well maintained. Having to rent cooking supplies/dishes was also frustrating because I wish it were more obvious at booking so we would have been more prepared as not everyone has been camping and carrying a basket of supplies to and from your room is not your average backpacking experience😂
