LA PLAYITA

La Playita is on Isla Fuerte, near the Gulf of Morrosquillo. In front of the coast of San Bernardo del Viento and Moñitos. You can take a flight to Montería, and from there take ground transportation to Paso Nuevo (boat port). The journey lasts approximately two hours and can be by means of a bus or our private transportation (the private car with us Airport-Paso Nuevo has a value of $280,000 per journey, it can be divided between the number of people who come), or you can take a shared one for $85.000 per person with us as well.

In Paso Nuevo our boats leave for the island with an approximate journey of half an hour. You can also come by private car to Paso Nuevo. The other option would be interdepartmental buses to Montería or Lorica (we recommend Lorica, since it is only 1 hour from Paso Nuevo). Isla Fuerte is a coral island located in the Colombian Caribbean Sea and is part of the chain of islands made up of islands del Rosario, Archipelago of San Bernardo and Tortuguilla. The island can be explored on foot in approximately 6 hours and more than 80 species of birds can be seen. Isla Fuerte, being a coral island, contains one of the best experiences in diving and surfing.

Recommendations:
- Considering that we are on an island, the most important resource we have is fresh water, therefore, we ask our guests to take short showers and help us take care of the environment.
- Depending on the flow of people, the boats will leave every hour from the ports. It is ideal that you arrive before 3:00 p.m. so you can enjoy the island, after this time, the cost of the boats increases, as it is an express boat. If you don't want to wait in port, you can always purchase this service (express boat), the cost of which varies according to weather conditions, hours and number of people who wish to purchase it at the time.
- Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.
- It also includes coffee, wifi, drinking water and right to use our common areas in La Playita.

Check-in can be done at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. But you can arrive early and enjoy our facilities, the late check out has a surcharge of $50,000.
