Hostel Coraizone is a place to escape from stress of the big cities and enjoy the welcoming locals and the wonderful views.

We offer you private and shared rooms in Coban, Guatemala, only 0.1km from Caabon River.

We are surrounded by nature and beautiful places to relax.
To get to the hostel you can request our transfer service or you can take the public transport towards La Esperanza and get off at the last stop there we are two blocks away you can take the bus in Mercado Talpetate, in front of Plaza Magdalena, in the central park Serca de Restaurante Pollo Campero

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

A unique Guatemalan experience you won't find in a typical hotel or hostel. Jaime and his family are incredibly welcoming, serve delicious home-cooked food, and also offer excellent tours and transfers.I even came back for a second stay. The rooms are basic but clean, offer great value for money, and are close to both the city centre and the Talpetate bus station. The WiFi is reliable too. I had no problem making video calls.

Just finished my stay of 3 nights and if I wasn’t flying home tomorrow I would stay longer. This has been my best stay by far in Guatemala and I will recommend it to everyone. The hostel is within a families home and gives a first hand look at real life in Guatemala. Everyone is super kind and helpful and jumped at the opportunity to help me whenever I needed it from taking me for the best food in town, helping me book things, teaching me Spanish and so on.
