At Rainbow Lining Hostels, we are committed to sustainability. As an eco-friendly travel community, we take conscious steps to reduce plastic use on our premises. In line with this, we do not sell plastic drinking bottles and avoid hosting loud music events. Our space is designed to foster a peaceful and vibrant environment where like-minded explorers can share experiences, make travel plans, and create lasting memories together.

●Cancellation & No-Show Policy●
☆ A 100% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel on the day of check-in or within 5 days prior to your check-in date.

☆ A 100% no-show fee will be charged if you do not arrive by 23:00 on your check-in date. You will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

●Check-in & Check-out●
Check-in hours are from 13:00 to 23:00. If you need to check in earlier than 13:00 or later than 21:00, please inform us in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-out is from 10:00 to 10:30. Late check-out after 11:00 will incur an additional charge. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the reception at least one day in advance. Extensions are based on availability and will be charged at the normal rate if the bed/room is available.

If you fail to vacate your bed/room by the designated check-out time, the management reserves the right to remove your belongings and charge accordingly.

●Guest Requirements & Documentation●

☆All guests, including Indian citizens, must provide their passports during check-in. Your documents will be returned after check-in formalities or upon departure.

☆We kindly ask for your patience during check-in, as we need time to accommodate departing guests, clean dorms and rooms, and prepare the property for new arrivals. If you arrive early, please store your luggage at reception and feel free to use our common areas until your bed/room is ready.

●Group & Booking Policy●
We do not allow all-male groups or mixed groups larger than four people. If multiple bookings are made in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund, either during the stay or upon arrival.

●Payment Policy●
Rainbow Lining Hostels requires a 50-100% advance payment for all bookings. Our support team will contact you following your reservation to confirm the details.

●Luggage Storage●
☆Luggage storage is available from 11:00 to 19:00. Storage after 19:00 will incur an additional charge.

●House Rules●
☆No food, alcohol, or smoking is allowed inside the dorms or rooms.
☆Reception hours are from 9:00 to 23:00.
☆Age restriction: Guests must be between 18 and 45 years old.
☆The room tariff is applicable per person, per night. Taxes, service charges, and other levies may apply.
☆Meals and transportation are not included in the room tariff, but we are happy to assist with both if needed.
☆No pets are allowed.
☆Extra mattresses are not available.
☆The use of drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
☆By making a reservation, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully with our team and other guests. Any behavior that causes disturbance or annoyance to others may result in immediate expulsion from the hostel.
☆No outside guests are permitted in the dorms or rooms without proper check-in and valid ID proof.
