Twenty-five years of jungle, river and silence — built on purpose
This is not a hotel. This is not a stopover hostel. Reserva Caoba is a real 30-hectare biological reserve in the Sierra Nevada, founded in 1999 — where jungle, river, and silence are part of the stay.
Please note that we are on the outskirts of Minca area, and access is by a different road than the main road into town. If you already know Minca and want something deeper, or you need to truly disconnect before moving on, this is your place.

Our location: Minca area — not Minca village
We are in the Sierra Nevada, accessed via the road to Paso del Mango. You won't see the town from here, and the town won't see you. If you're looking for bars, restaurants, and street life, Minca village is a distance away. If you're looking for river, jungle, and uninterrupted silence, you're in the right place.
How to get here
We are not on the main Minca road — access is via the Paso del Mango route. Message us on WhatsApp before you arrive and we'll send exact directions, with a pickup point if needed. The journey is worth it.
