Grand Hostel Berlin Urban – your place to stay in trendy “Kreuzkölln”.

All rooms come with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Our single and double rooms also include a TV. Every bed in the dorms is equipped with its own power outlet, reading light, and a personal locker to keep your stuff safe.

The hostel is located at Hermannplatz, one of Berlin’s main public transport hubs. Subway lines U7 and U8, as well as buses M41 and M29, will take you anywhere you need to go. From here, it’s about 35 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the main train station, and 30 minutes to the central bus station.

History & culture?
Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, and all other major sights are easy to reach by public transport.

Bed linen is included with every booking. In our private rooms, towels and toiletries are provided as well.
Dorm rooms don’t include towels, but you can rent them at reception for a small fee. You can also buy padlocks there in case you forgot to bring your own.

My bathroom was quite dirty when I arrived. They said housekeeping came daily but they didn’t come until the second day and missed some areas like where my roommate spilled food. Comfortable bed, not noisy. My room did NOT have AC as promised but the window was enough. The breakfast is expensive - I wouldn’t pay for it twice, almost no protein for a vegetarian and food left & reused for days. Ran out every morning hours before bfast ended. Area felt a little sketch and remote but no incidents.
