Casa Ventura

.Ventura House is located in the north of Barranquilla. It's a single-level property near the city's hotel zone, in the highest and coolest part of the city. We're situated in a traditional, exclusive, safe, and beautiful neighborhood with great architecture and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep. We're also close to shopping centers, the city's viewpoint, and Calle 84, where some of the carnival parades take place, including the Joselito Carnival. This large house functions as a hostel for backpackers, especially those who want to experience Barranquilla without spending a fortune on a hotel. The hostel has a dedicated shower and bathroom area, separate for men and women. We also have five additional private bathrooms in the dormitories. A convenient kitchenette is provided, and the rooms have lockers. We also have a terrace and patio. All our dorm and private rooms feature high-quality mattresses, individual reading lights, and power outlets.

Ventura House is located in the highest and coolest part of Barranquilla. We are also close to shopping centers and Calle 84, where some of the carnival parades take place. The hostel is 500 meters from the Olímpica and Ara supermarket chains, 2 kilometers from the Viva and Buena Vista shopping centers, 500 meters from the Body Fitness gym, 400 meters from the restaurant district, 2.5 km from the Museum of Modern Art, 1.7 km from the Troja Cultural and Musical Heritage site, and 5 km from the Caribbean Cultural Park.

The hostel has 7 rooms, both private and mixed dormitories, all with air conditioning and fans. The house has alcoves (air boxes), is bright and spacious, and guests have access to all shared areas. We allow pets in some areas and have designated smoking areas.

We prefer and give priority for check-in to guests paying in cash with Colombian pesos, followed by those paying in US dollars at exchange bureau rates. Thirdly, we accept alternative payment methods such as PayPal or Tether.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check-in: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Check-out: before 1:00 PM.

Payment upon arrival in cash.

Taxes included.

Colombian guests must pay a 19% tax.

Breakfast not included.

The reception is open 24/7.

There is no curfew.
