Also some of our activities like Surf Lessons, Trivia night on Tuesday, Ladies night on Wednesday, our Beer pong on Thursday with a $100 price, Yoga classes when teacher is available, Paddle board Mangroves tours, Wakeboarding on the Mangroves and great place to chill and see the sunset and sunrise.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Full refund will be given if booking is canceled 24 hours prior to check in time (3 PM) on the day of your arrival.
Failure to let us know within that time will result in the full charge of the first night of your reservation.

Terms and Conditions
Only customers, 18 years old or older, can book a room in this Hostel. Younger guests are not allowed on the premises. On weekends, we only accept bookings with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
We do not take any reservations through telephone.

Prices & Taxes
When you make a reservation through our website, your credit card will not be charged at that moment. Please read our cancellation policy for more information.
Check In and Check Out
Check In is at 3pm. If you arrive before, you can store your bags in our luggage room.
Check Out is at 11am. Please inform us if you would like to stay an additional night at least 2 hours before Check Out time. .

Cancellation Policy

Failure to let us know within that time will result in us charging the full amount of your first night. You accept these rules when you make your booking.

Room Key
If you lose your key, please understand that we will charge you a Q100 compensation fee.

Payment
Upon Check In you will be asked for identification (Passport or DPI) and to pay your stay. We work with an exchange rate of *1USD=Q8*
We work with a tab system, if you wish to have a tab, we will hold on to your identification document until you check out and pay your tab.
It is possible to stay in the Hostel common areas and use its premises after Check Out.
All the rates include local tax requirements (12% VAT + 10% tourism tax & 1% community tax). We do not charge an extra fee on your bill when paying with a credit card. We accept all card type payments.

Parking
We offer free parking for our hotel guests. Please let us know if you plan on coming with more than one car, as we have a limited parking area.

WIFI Fair
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We can monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.

Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking.
