RAD Hostel Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: We have a 48h cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your booking by 3pm two days prior to your arrival date, it will result in a cancellation charge equal to your reservation total.

Check-in from 17:00 to 21:00 (early or remote check-in upon request. Minimal fee may apply)

Check out before 11:00am

The card used to secure your reservation will be charged 48 hours prior to check-in.

Damage Deposits:
Upon arrival, this property places a credit card hold of $50 for dorm reservations of not more than 2 nights and $100 for private rooms or dorms longer than 2 nights. The hold is removed upon checkout and room inspection.

Taxes not included - 10.2% (8.2% sales tax + 2% lodging tax)
Breakfast included from 7AM-10AM (June-Sept) 8AM-10AM (Oct-May)
General:
Reception is open from 8am-11am & 5pm-9pm.
We are a hostel for travelers. We do not accept third-party payments. The person checking in must be the person making and paying for the reservation. Guests may be asked to provide matching identification and the credit card that was used to make the reservation.

No curfew.
The maximum period of stay is of 14 days per calendar year.

We require all guests to be 18 or over to book a bed or dorm at our hostel. Anyone under 18 has to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Parking:
We offer one free parking space per stay.
