La Albahaca Hostel

After more than 18 years of hostelling, La Albahaca Hostel opens its brand new home. Stay with us, three blocks from the plaza, and you´ll have a fabulous time in Tilcara. Sign up for the group dinners where local food is served and guitar music is played. Sometimes even free dance & music classes are organised! The included breakfast with homegrown fruits and homemade bread is served at your table and the hostel´s garden with amazing views is superb to chill out in.

The hostel is located three blocks from the main square, close to shops and restaurants and on the way to the main touristic sites.

The hostel has a large kitchen for guest use and the dorms are equipped with lockers. Shared bathrooms have showers with hot water 24 hours, towels included. For the private rooms you can have shared or exclusive bathroom. After a good night sleep you can join us in an entertaining tour or simply count on our best assistance and advices. Have fun at La Albahaca meeting other travellers or maybe helping out with our environmental friendly projects! Open all year.
