If you are looking for somewhere away from the city still nearby a small beach still close to Weligama city(2.4km), this is for you.This is an old dutch-style recently re-innovated property with multiple murals. The Dutch style stair case provide the accessibility to upper floors.Guest can relax and do yoga at our public balcony area.This cosy property is located approximately 350m away from Weligama Turtle bay/small Jungle beach.

Approximately 15 minutes bicycle ride brings you to the center of Weligama with ATMs, banks, shops and many more variety of restaurants. Please note currently this property only provide male only dorms with basic facilities.These men only dorm rooms include an attached bathroom equipped with hot shower facility. Guests can enjoy a tasty selection of local and Western dishes on request.

The property is a multicolour place. So our rooms don't come with the same colour. Some are orange. some are blue. some are yellow etc. So the colour of the room can be same or different compared to the photo. Still same facilities.

***Fine print/Other terms/Other policies:
1. Strictly no outsiders are allowed inside the property. Only in-house guests.
2. Full payment is required at the time of arrival in cash. No refunds on early departure.
3. Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury may cause or incur at the premise.
4. For legal reasons we can’t keep any kind of alcohol for you in our refrigerator.
5. Usage of any type of electrical and fire cooking appliances is strictly prohibited.
6. Damages, breakages and accommodations left in an unreasonable state will be charged accordingly.
7. Limited room cleaning service. Room cleaning service done upon morning requests & availability.
8. There is no public kitchen inside the property.
9. Be respectful to other guests and our staff. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
10. Please turn off lights and fans when you leave your room.
11. Guest may have to climb stairs.
12.Guest must be in good health to carry their own luggage to their room even in case room assigned for upper floors; they have to climb stairs without a help of a another person.
13. In the date of arrival, guests must pay the reservation.
14. In early departure there are no refunds.

2. Check in from 13:00 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 10:30 noon.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash. Credit card isn’t accepted.
5. Reception working hours 09:00-20:30.
6. Age Restriction: 18+.
7. Excluded 10% service charge.
8. Breakfast not included.
9. No pets.
10. Curfew: 21:00.
