Overall, not a great stay and in need of significant improvements. The swimming pool was dirty despite being labeled usable. The room was unclean and smelled stale, with dirty surfaces, unpleasant bedding, stained pillows, and unclean towels. There were frequent power cuts affecting lights and air-conditioning. The apartment door didn’t lock properly from the inside, raising safety concerns. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the location was close to shops, restaurants and beach.
