Mayan Monkey Tulum is located between downtown and the hotel zone, close to restaurants, bars, tropical fruit stands and only a bike ride away from the beach. The property has fantastic common areas surrounded by nature, spaces to relax, work and party and is home to an eclectic community of digital nomads, yogis and adventurers.
Policies and Conditions:
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards. We do NOT accept American Express cards.
Cancellation policy: 72 h before arrival. Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before check-in and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Check in begins at 15:00.
Check out ends at 12:00 pm.
Taxes and fees not included in base rate.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
No smoking in rooms and no outside alcoholic beverages allowed.
