IMPORTANT: RECEPTION & EXTRA FEES
- RECEPTION HOURS: 09:00 to 22:00 daily.
- SERVICE FEE: An extra charge of 5 EUR per person applies for any assistance, check-in, or service provided outside of reception working hours (between 22:00 and 09:00).
- LATE CHECK-IN: Arrivals after 22:00 are possible only by prior request and incur a 5 EUR per person extra charge.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- CHECK-IN: 14:00 – 22:00.
- CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00 AM.
- PAYMENT: Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
- NON-REFUNDABLE: After check-in, if you decide to leave earlier or cancel your stay, the payment is non-refundable.

PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
- CURRENCY: We accept CASH ONLY in EUR (Euros) or transfers via Revolut (Revtag). Bank cards are NOT accepted at the reception.
- SMART ACCESS: Digital door access via our Telegram group is FREE (No deposit).
- PHYSICAL KEY: A deposit of 5 EUR is required for a physical key-chip.
- FULL PACK: A deposit of 10 EUR includes a physical key-chip, a private locker, and a personal towel.
- NOTE: Deposits are returned strictly during reception hours (09:00 – 22:00).

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITIES
- 3-STORY BUILDING: Please note that there is NO ELEVATOR.
- AIR CONDITIONING: All guest rooms are equipped with AC.
- VENTILATION: Natural ventilation through windows in every room.
- COLIVING: 4-person rooms feature single-level beds (no bunks).
- KITCHEN: Fully equipped guest kitchens are available on each floor.
- LAUNDRY: Washing (up to 7kg) is 5 EUR. Machine drying is 5 EUR.
- FREE DRYING: Portable drying racks are available for free use in the yard or on the balcony.

LOCAL AREA & AMENITIES
10 Coins Hostel is situated in a detached building in a quiet district, close to a park. Our location is ideal for safe parking and a quiet night's sleep.
- SHOPPING: A Billa supermarket and an open fruit and vegetable market are within walking distance.
- DINING: There are many bars and restaurants with Bulgarian and international cuisine nearby, including a fantastic and cheap Chinese restaurant.
- SERVICES: Banks, ATMs, and pharmacies are all located just a few minutes away.
- PRICES: Everything in our neighborhood is significantly cheaper than in the city center.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT
- METRO: A few minutes' walk to "Khan Kubrat" station (Line 2).
- FROM BUS/TRAIN STATION: Only 5 minutes by metro (2 stops).
- FROM AIRPORT: Take Metro Line 4 to Serdika, transfer to Line 2 (approx. 40 min). Private transfer available for 25 EUR.
- PARKING: Free public parking is available in front of the hostel. Please consult with the reception for correct parking instructions.

HOUSE RULES
- QUIET HOURS: Strictly enforced from 22:00 to 09:00.
- SMOKING: Only allowed outside or on the balcony (keep doors tightly closed).
- VISITORS: Hostel facilities are for registered guests only.

- Rila Monastery and Seven Rila Lakes.
- Vitosha Mountain (Waterfalls and Viewpoints).
- The "3 Caves" Tour (Eyes of God, Saeva Dupka, Devetashka).
