Hammock Plantation is a low-key, local style, safe, family and group friendly Lodge. with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms (shouwer/toilet), 2 dormroom with 2 bunkbeds, 2 double rooms with 1 queensize bed. we have a pool to relax and a shared kitchen.

Owners are lovely & the kitchen facilities are good, but unfortunately the place was quite dirty and the pool was pretty slimy. There were dead insects on the mantle above our beds & the bathroom bin wasn’t changed. The rooms are also open to the outside with no mosquito net, so bear that in mind if you are prone to getting bitten as we left covered in bites. The location is quiet & close to a smaller beach, but you will need to catch a local bus 15min into town to access the main area.
