They don't care about improving the service. Otherwise they would change their advertising into 'no more free shuttle from and to the airport and it's going to cost you more to come with uber or else than your room there´. Since mid november they offer no more free shuttle but they warn you once you're trapped by a booking you cannot cancel. It's far from everything, for 70€ alltogether go downtown and enjoy instead.

Construction on the main street made it impossible for my taxi to drop me off. I had to walk several blocks in the dark. Not close enough to the airport to walk. You have to take a taxi. They don't speak any English, Russian or Spanish. Even with a translator app, it was difficult to communicate. The shuttle van service to the airport is a good value but it's impossible to call them from the airport when you land, unless you speak Polish. Not sure if the airport shuttle is available "on call". I'd stay her

The construction out front of the property does not allow for taxis/ Ubers / etc. to drop you off. The construction required me to walk several blocks without knowing where exactly I was going. Was really sketch late at night (when I arrived). The shuttle (van) service offered to the airport is cheap and fantastic. The hostel does not provide shuttle service to the train station, which isn't much further than the airport. The staff does not speak English or Russian. Communication was very difficult, even
