Casa I’X is more than just a place to stay; it’s a beautiful historic home restored with love and care, where my wife, our daughters, and I live. We warmly open our doors to travelers from all over the world, offering a cozy, family-centered atmosphere where you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

• Rustic & Sustainable Charm: Our property features a spacious central courtyard and a lush garden filled with plants that create a refreshing, natural environment. Most of our furniture has been handcrafted by us using recycled wood, giving the house a unique and warm feel.

• Prime Location: Situated in Zona 1, we are just a 5 to 10-minute walk from Xela’s Central Park, surrounded by local cafés, cultural landmarks, markets, and easy transport links.

The family was soo nice and we felt very welcome and comfortable. The WiFi was excellent! Also good price. We would not stay again. One thing was the noice. Our window was only shutters towards were everybody walk so we were woken up and it was hard to relax ever, even with earplugs. Also it was very very dirty both inside and outside (animal poop). We have traveled for 9 months so we are not fuzzy. Even the clean towels gave away cat and dog hair. Really bad pillows.

I loved staying here! It was exactly what I was looking for and I was so happy to land here. It has the feel of a homestay. You share the kitchen with the family and they are super friendly and helpful. The room was great! Bathroom was pretty standard. Shower was very slippery at first because there was still some soap residue from being cleaned. So, be careful when entering for the first time. Turning the water flow down makes the shower more hot, which is explained in the welcome binder, but I didn't read
