Staff are helpful and friendly and location is good for downtown. Everything else is horrendous. Top floor only has 2 working toilets and 2 showers. Beds were never changed and we had to move rooms 3 times. Dude below was pleasuring himself curtain wide open. Bathrooms were filthy and room and sheets were gross. Pillow was awful and duvet smelt and looked dirty. Would not recommend in the slightest
