Nice location, close to China town and the train station. Very friendly staff, who were both welcoming & engaging. Has a nice lounge area with comfy seats. Could have been cleaner, hairs were left on the floor, shelves & sinks in toilets had dust on & mold on the ceiling of showers. All of which could easily be cleaned. Seems to be a lack of care in this. If your on the 3rd floor you have to walk down an exposed corridor to get to the showers and toilets, which can be seen from the street below

Very nice. Room was hot. But clean. Staff was a little oddly rude for Japan but mostly the staff was just entirely gone. But the place was great. No complaints.
