Hostel La Ballena Backpacker is located in the center of the small village of Las Galeras, 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande, 10 from Playta, 15 km from Playa Rincon.
It offers a common terrace to spend pleasant moments with other guests, where it is possible to cook, eat, dance, play or read.

We offer:on the top floor, 2 dormitories, each with 6 beds, 1 mixted and 1 female, with shared bathrooms.
on the first floor, 6 double rooms with mosquito nets, fan, private bathroom with hot water.and and at ground floor 6 double rooms, with air conditioning, private bathroom with hot water

WiFi is free and covers the entire hostel.

The property also offers a common kitchen for guests on the first and top floors, an ATM within walking distance and a currency exchange service.
We can also help you organize excursions or rent a bike, motorbike or car.

Hostel La Ballena Backpacker Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 19:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment on arrival only in cash, plus a deposit of 500 pesos for the keys, which will be returned upon check out

Taxes included.

Reception 8 a 12 and 3 to 7PM.
The owners are located 50 meters from the hostel, in front of Banreserva as they also have a gift shop. When the guests arrive, they move to receive them.
The owner will contact the guests before their arrival by phone or text.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 12 years old years of age.
