Pia do Urso village combines History with Nature. Once a elementary school, today it has a relaxed atmosphere for a stress-free stay. This is a Nature destination just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Lisbon, 8 min from Fátima and 15 min from Batalha. Here starts one of many walking trails in the Region, the “PR3 – Windmills route”, some of which are still in operation.

The reception works from 10 am to 12 pm & 3 pm to 8 pm.

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 3 pm to 9 pm .
Check out before 12 noon
A valid ID must be provided.

What an absolute gem! It's literally 15 minutes max in a taxi/bolt from the bus station in Fatima. The place was safe, secure, clean, modern, and all the necessities you need. I was met by a lovely lady called Ana, who was very informative, and was always on hand to answer any questions There is a cafe literally a stone throw away & a mini market. All the staff for these were amazing and friendly also! A short walk up from the hostel, there are two restaurants. I stayed 4 nights in the end!

We found this hostel when we were looking for a more quiet area in nature. This modern hostel includes super friendly staff and a beautiful surrounding. You can go hiking and see caves or windmills up close or relax in the swimming pool at the hostel. The hostel is clean, neat and tight and good to find. The showers and toilets are new and clean. The (private double) room was big and modern cosy decorated. Breakfast for €4,50 was amazing, with homemade stuff from the garden. Thanks Ana!
