Polin House is located in a historic tenement house on the Main Market Square in the center of the Old Town of Oświęcim. We offer our guests accommodation in single, double and triple Superior rooms, as well as places in dormitories with wooden bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms with toilets, showers and hairdryers. Additionally, guests can use the elevator, internet and communal kitchen.

In the common area we have a fully equipped kitchen connected with the dining room, there is also a coffee machine, which can be used free of charge. It is possible to order breakfast for an additional charge. Discounted tickets to Energylandia and Zatorland can be purchased at the facility.

Polin House Conditions and Policies:

Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00. Reception works until 14:00 after that we are available on phone.
Check out before 12:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash, debit cards. The hostel may pre-authorise your card before your arrival.

Taxes included.

Breakfast not included - 18 PLN per person per day.

The guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents/guardians.

Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours is between 22:00-6:00.
No curfew.
