Located just across Lagoa da Pampulha, Da Orla Pampulha Hostel features an outdoor pool, lush gardens and a game room. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

Offering private and shared accommodation, Da Orla Pampulha Hostel boasts accommodation fitted with plain furniture and equipped with a fan. Linens are supplied and towels can be rented.

The hostel administration reserves the right not to admit the stay of a guest or visitor who violates the rules and regulations of its Internal Regulations.

* PAYMENT POLICY:
To confirm your request and ensure that your reservation is made, you must pay 50% of the total amount of your accommodation within a period of up to 7 days from the date of making the reservation. The remainder must be paid at check-in. We accept pix, cash, debit, credit (we just don't share it on credit).

* RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
· 7 or more days from the check-in date: refund of the full amount of the reservation;
· Over 48 hours prior to check-in: 50% refund of the total amount paid;
· Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in: do not entitle to a refund of the reservation amount

1 – CHECK-IN:
-From 2:00 pm on the first day of accommodation. The guest must present himself and identify himself at the reception to fill out and sign the registration form;
-At the time of check-in, the amount referring to the remaining 50% of the total number of reserved nurses must be paid (children between 2 and 11 years old pay half the daily rate, according to their accommodation);
-Hostel employees are not authorized to check-in without due payment of temporary reservations;
-If you are interested in staying at the hostel, the guest should go to the reception and check the existence of free accommodation for the desired period. If so, the guest must pay the total amount requested and a new check-in will be carried out.
2 – CHECK-OUT:
- Until 12:00h (noon) on the scheduled departure date, and it is up to the guest to check if he/she has other pending matters. - Ex.: consumption of food, drinks;
-In case of stay of the guest and/or luggage after check-out time, half-daily will be charged.
-After releasing the room, the luggage can remain at the reception of the hostel, properly sealed and identified, but overnight unaccompanied luggage will not be allowed.
3 – RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
7 or more days from the check-in date: refund of the full amount of the reservation.
Up to 48 hours prior to check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation amount;
Cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in: do not entitle to a refund of the reservation amount.

4 - FOOD:
-Breakfast is courtesy of the hostel and will be served daily between 07:30 and 10:00;
- Lunch: Lunch is a prepared dish. The value is R$20.00. To guarantee yours, inform the kitchen or reception staff in advance.
-Other foods sold at the Hostel, are available through the Price List and menu, available at the reception and pantry/kitchen area (opening hours: until 10PM);
-The pantry/kitchen area is for collective use with a time limit until 23:00. When storing food both in the refrigerator, we ask that you identify the food with your first/last name and collective accommodation/room number. Kindly do not use any food from others without proper permission.
5 - CLEANING AND HYGIENE:
-The cleaning of the Hostel is carried out daily, so we request its preservation so that everyone can enjoy its comfort, as it is a space for common use;
-Please keep your body dry after using the pool.
-It will not be allowed to use food on the premises of the accommodations/rooms;
-In collective rooms, the beds are made at each check-out, so we ask that you keep the keys in the doors and use the individual lockers to store belongings.
-We ask you to keep the pantry/kitchen area clean and organized, as well as the hygiene of the utensils used (kindly observe the expiration date of the food, as expired food will be discarded);
- The bath towel must be requested at reception and a fee of R$5.00 per towel is charged.
6 - SAFETY
-The management of the Hostel, as it does not have a safe and, in accordance with Decree Law nº 228/09, will not be responsible for any valuables left in its interior and/or premises;
- The hostel has lockers with keys for free use by guests who want to store valuables.
-When entering and leaving the hostel, kindly keep the entrance gate properly closed;
-The circulation of visitors will only be allowed if informed to the administration.
7 – IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED:
-Smoking outside the areas reserved for use, please respect the space;
-Use of any type of drug or excessive intake of alcohol;
-Circulating with swimwear or inappropriate clothing, as well as without shirts;
-Change or alter the layout of beds and closets;
-Disrespect the community space and/or host, employees and visitors;
-Unidentified and disorderly luggage in the collective facilities;
-Circulation and permanence of pets;
-Marketing of any type of objects and products;
-Cooking, washing in the collective/bedrooms;
-Use the pool table after 10 pm (twenty two) hours;
-Noise or use of excessive sounds after 10 pm (twenty-two) hours;
-Using the loudspeaker at excessive volume, even within the permitted hours.
8 – CLAIMS AND DAMAGES
-Any type of complaint must be made directly to the administration;
-Any damage done voluntarily will be charged and/or, if necessary, the management of the hostel will resort to the appropriate legal measures.
