For international guest we request them to write a email in case you're unable to make pre-payment.
Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. -All bookings made during 15th December to 15th January are non-refundable, hence excluded from this cancellation policy.
