I had to ask repeatedly for a sheet on the bed....it was a bare mattress....overcharged at times for things too.....not the best. Nice spot in the city...reallllyyyyy the staff that took it from there.

Location of the hostel was good. There were 3 of us (girls) who all booked a 6 bed mixed dorms. We asked if we could be put together the really rude receptionist didn’t even bother trying to sort it out and straight up said no. My friend ended up in a room w 5 other grown males. The toilet wouldn’t flush and had limited to no toilet paper. the bathroom floor was COVERED with water from the shower drain being clogged and overflowing. Room service decided to come in at 9:30 on a Sunday morning.

Bed sheets and pillow case were dirty, had to ask them to change them. The place where the lamp is near the bed is full of dirt. The toilet is glued to the door which makes it very hard to use. I've seen better hostels for way lower price. Location is perfect near old town square and staff were nice.
