Located in one of the main streets of Salta for activities and F&B, Balcarce is an excellent area for guests and local people to meet, gather, play and stay but also have as a centre to do city sightseeing and go to the mountains.

Morning yoga followed by a tasty breakfast. Continue the day with an outdoor activity such as trekking and meditation at the yungas or a Torrontes picnic, followed by a revitalizing siesta.

Cancellation and no-show policies:

Flexible reservations:
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 2 days before arrival. Otherwise, the cancellation fee of one night plus taxes will be charged.

Non-refundable reservations:
The total amount of the stay (with taxes) is paid in advance by credit card at the time the reservation is made
Non-refundable reservations are those made through early booking promotions and minimum stay reservations, among others. Please note that non-refundable reservations require full account payment to reserve. Payment will be processed and charged to the authorized credit card. If the charge was declined, the reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellations, no-shows or premature departures.

Age policies:
Young wild and free? Remember one important detail: all guests must be 18 years or older to stay in a shared dormitory. If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a family member or legal guardian (18 years or older) in a private room. We take care of your safety!

Local taxes:
Guests may be required to pay additional local taxes or other regulatory fees upon check-in. Ask and we will gladly answer the questions you may have!

Other general conditions:
- Smoking: smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Guests who do not comply will be charged a fee of USD 75. It's not worth it!
- Coolers: entering to our hotel with coolers is not permitted.
- Food and drinks: if brought from outside Selina, food and drink cannot be consumed in our bar/restaurant. It can be consumed in common areas of the hotel and shared kitchen.
- Towels: Towels are included for reservations in private rooms. For guests choosing shared dormitories, there is a small extra fee for which you can rent towels. Don't worry, you can rent it at reception when you check-in!
- Key deposit: A small deposit will be charged for the hotel electronic key, which will be refunded once the key is returned upon check-out.
- Luggage: Luggage storage is available at the reception and is free for 24 hours. There will be an additional charge of USD 5 per extra day per bag, which is subject to space availability.
