Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.

Check-out: before 11am

Payment upon arrival in cash, credit or debit card (5% fee for card payments).
Advance payment required for tax residents in Colombia.
Taxes not included (19% for Colombian residents).
