Property Policies & Conditions:
1. CHECK-IN -- 2:00 PM–1:30 AM. Early check-in cost RM5 per hour and is subject to availability. For arrivals after 1:30 AM, contact us via WhatsApp in advance. Self-check-in is available for fully paid bookings only.
2. CHECK-OUT -- By 12:00 PM. Late check-out costs RM5 per hour, starting from 1:00 PM, subject to availability.
3. RECEPTION -- 12:00 PM–1:00 AM.
4. PAYMENT -- Cash and credit cards accepted.
5. CANCELLATION -- Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
6. CHILDREN -- Welcome when accompanied by an adult.
7. SMOKING -- Not allowed indoors. A designated smoking area is available.
8. PET -- Not allowed.
9. **Curfew:** No curfew, but please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
10. **Identification:** A valid ID or passport is required.
11. **Taxes:** Applicable government taxes are payable at the property.
12. **Food:** Durian and mangosteen are not allowed inside the property.

I stayed here because I had a very quick layover in KL. It’s very close to airport, but far from city centre. For the price, the private room is great!! Showers don’t lock, I suggest to the property to please put locks on the showers. Solo females deserve to feel safe! Staff were very friendly and kind to me! 7/11 next door for snacks

Good value hostel near to the train station which takes you straight to the airport. Good to stay for a night. The bathrooms upstairs are a little dated and felt slightly unclean. The private room was comfortable and clean though. And I cannot fault the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to let me hang around until I left for my flight the next day. Cute cat too!

the bathroom and showers were not very clean. we overheard the staff that one of the beds in the dorm has bedbugs but it is ok becaus no one sleeps there. a room with bedbugs should not be open for backpackers to spread them unknowingly. we would have never known if we did not overhear and the next day there was at least 1bedbug on our stuff we left next to the bed. also the curtains are not darkened out.
